What happens next.

  1. You will receive a WhatsApp message or email within the hour from our reservations team confirming your room is held and sharing your chosen payment method.
  2. Pay your booking via PayPal invoice (cards, debit & Apple Pay accepted — no PayPal account needed), Zelle, or wire. Your reservation is confirmed the moment payment is received.
  3. A refundable security deposit applies to every stay ($300 for standard studios; $700 per group for Quincy’s Quarters). The deposit is returned following checkout and management inspection of the accommodation.
  4. Transportation is not included with your stay. If you requested arrangements, our team will follow up with driver options, pricing, and timing.
  5. Two weeks before arrival you will receive full arrival details, including directions to 128 Belmont Circular Road and the black gate.
  6. Three days out we'll check the weather and drop you a note about what to pack.
  7. On the day of arrival, our team will greet you at the black gate at 128 Belmont Circular Road with your keys and a walkthrough of the accommodation.
